PolarisFit（「我們」）重視你的隱私。本政策說明我們在你使用 PolarisFit 網站（polarisfit.co）和 PolarisFit 行動應用程式（「App」）時，如何收集、使用和保護你的資料。 PolarisFit ("we") values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the PolarisFit website (polarisfit.co) and the PolarisFit mobile application ("App").

帳號資料Account Data

• Email 地址 — 用於帳號建立、登入驗證（OTP）和帳號恢復。 Email address — used for account creation, login verification (OTP), and account recovery.

個人檔案資料（你主動提供）Profile Data (voluntarily provided)

• 性別、年齡區間、身高、體重、訓練經驗 — 用於生成個人化訓練計畫和營養建議。 Sex, age range, height, weight, training experience — used to generate personalized training plans and nutrition recommendations.
• 這些資料儲存在你的裝置上（本地優先），並在你登入後同步到雲端備份。 This data is stored on your device (local-first) and synced to cloud backup after you sign in.

訓練記錄Training Logs

• 訓練日期、動作、組數、重量、次數 — 用於追蹤進度和提供建議。 Training date, exercises, sets, weight, reps — used to track progress and provide recommendations.
• 本地儲存優先，雲端同步供跨裝置使用。 Stored locally first, with cloud sync for cross-device access.

付費資料Payment Data

• 訂閱狀態和付費期間 — 由 Stripe 處理，我們不儲存你的信用卡號碼。 Subscription status and billing period — processed by Stripe; we do not store your credit card number.

自動收集Automatically Collected

• 基本使用分析（匿名）— 用於改善產品體驗。 Basic usage analytics (anonymous) — used to improve the product experience.
• 我們不使用廣告追蹤，不出售你的資料。 We do not use ad tracking and do not sell your data.

• 生成和管理你的訓練計畫Generate and manage your training plans
• 記錄和同步你的訓練數據Record and sync your training data
• 處理訂閱付費（透過 Stripe）Process subscription payments (via Stripe)
• 發送帳號相關的通知（登入驗證碼、訂閱到期提醒）Send account-related notifications (login codes, subscription expiry reminders)
• 改善產品功能和使用體驗Improve product features and user experience

3. 資料儲存和安全3. Data Storage and Security

• 本地優先 — 你的訓練數據主要儲存在你的裝置上。 Local-first — your training data is primarily stored on your device.
• 雲端備份 — 使用 Turso（LibSQL）儲存在歐洲資料中心，傳輸過程全程加密（TLS）。 Cloud backup — stored in European data centers using Turso (LibSQL), with full TLS encryption in transit.
• 付費處理 — 由 Stripe 處理，符合 PCI DSS 標準。 Payment processing — handled by Stripe, PCI DSS compliant.
• 認證 — 使用 JWT token，不儲存密碼。 Authentication — uses JWT tokens; no passwords stored.

4. 資料分享4. Data Sharing

我們不會出售、出租或分享你的個人資料給第三方，除了： We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Stripe — 處理付費（僅訂閱相關資料） Stripe — payment processing (subscription data only)
• Resend — 發送 Email 驗證碼（僅 email 地址） Resend — sending email verification codes (email address only)
• 法律要求 — 在法律明確要求時配合提供 Legal requirements — when explicitly required by law

5. 你的權利5. Your Rights

你隨時可以： You can at any time:

• 匯出資料 — App 內提供 CSV 匯出功能 Export data — CSV export available in the App
• 刪除帳號 — 聯繫 hi@polarisfit.co，我們會在 30 天內刪除你的所有資料 Delete account — contact hi@polarisfit.co and we will delete all your data within 30 days
• 取消訂閱 — 透過 App 內的 Stripe Customer Portal 隨時取消 Cancel subscription — cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal in the App

PolarisFit 網站是靜態網站，不使用 cookie。App 使用裝置本地儲存（Secure Store）保存登入憑證。 The PolarisFit website is a static site and does not use cookies. The App uses on-device secure storage (Secure Store) to save login credentials.

7. 兒童隱私7. Children's Privacy

PolarisFit 不面向 16 歲以下的用戶。我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。 PolarisFit is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. 政策變更8. Policy Changes

如有重大變更，我們會透過 App 通知或 Email 告知。持續使用即表示同意更新後的政策。 If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
